Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available for Organi subscriptions and how to request one.

Refund window

If you purchase Organi and decide it is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase or first subscription charge, unless a different period is clearly stated at checkout.

Refund requests made outside the stated refund window are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable law.

What qualifies

We review refund requests in good faith and aim to be fair. The fastest path is to contact us with the email tied to your account, the date of purchase, and a short explanation of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank.

  • First-time subscription charges made within the refund window.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges when confirmed by our billing records.
  • Cases where the service could not be accessed as intended because of a verified platform-side issue.

What does not qualify

Refunds are generally not available for partial billing periods, renewals outside the refund window, or situations where the service was used materially during the subscription term and no platform-side issue was involved.

We may also deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback threats used as leverage, or clear violation of our terms.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund. If you want both cancellation and a refund review, mention both when you contact us.

After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the active billing period unless your subscription is fully refunded.

How to request a refund

Send your request through our support channel using the account email associated with your subscription. Include enough detail for us to locate the payment and review the request quickly.

If your payment was processed by a payment partner, the final refund may still be issued through that provider according to their settlement timelines.
