Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Organi, including your account, workspace content, subscriptions, and access to the platform.

Using Organi

By accessing or using Organi, you agree to use the service only for lawful business or publishing purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the platform or other users.

You are responsible for the activity that happens in your workspace, including published content, API usage, team access, and connected accounts.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your authentication credentials secure. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or compromises security.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these terms, in a fraudulent manner, or in a way that threatens the platform.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Organi. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, store, and deliver that content as part of the product.

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and rights clearance of anything you publish through your workspace.

Plans, billing, and cancellations

Paid features are governed by the plan you select at checkout. Subscription fees, billing cadence, and included usage limits are described at the point of purchase.

If you cancel a paid plan, access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period unless stated otherwise in your subscription terms or refund policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, or remove features over time as the product evolves. We may also change pricing, packaging, or usage limits with reasonable notice where required.

We aim for reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.

Liability and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organi is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

If you have questions about these terms, contact us before relying on any interpretation that affects legal, compliance, or commercial decisions.
